At Beconspec.com, our goal is to ensure clarity and transparency around your use of our services and subscriptions. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for all users.

1. Nature of Services

Beconspec.com offers both:

  • Free access to create and store specifications (registration required)
  • Paid subscriptions to download detailed BOQs/specification sheets

Due to the digital nature and immediate accessibility of our paid features, specific rules apply regarding refunds and cancellations.

2. Cancellation by Users

  • Free Tier: Users may cancel their account at any time with no charges.
  • Paid Tier: Users may cancel subscriptions via their account dashboard or by emailing [email protected] at least 48 hours prior to renewal.
  • Late cancellation requests after renewal will not be eligible for refunds.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only under the following limited conditions:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error (verified by our billing partner)
  • Accidental billing despite proper cancellation prior to the renewal deadline
  • Platform malfunction that materially prevents usage, and which remains unresolved beyond 72 business hours despite ticket escalation

4. Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incompatibility with your internal workflows or systems
  • Failure to cancel in time before subscription renewal
  • Download of any BOQ or specification sheet (considered as usage of service)

5. Non-Refundable Cases

We strictly do not provide refunds for:

  • Any monthly/annual subscription once the service is accessed
  • Partially used subscription periods
  • Termination due to violation of our Terms & Conditions
  • Third-party issues such as slow internet, browser incompatibility, or local system limitations

6. Termination by Beconspec.com

If we terminate a subscription due to violation of policies, no refund shall be issued.
If termination is due to a platform-wide discontinuation or service closure, a prorated refund may be offered for unused duration, at our discretion.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a payment chargeback without first contacting support is a violation of our Terms.

  • If a chargeback is raised, access to your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation.
  • Fraudulent or malicious chargebacks will be reported to the relevant financial authorities and may result in legal proceedings.

8. Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually based on your selection.
Renewal reminders may be issued but are not guaranteed. Users are responsible for managing their subscriptions proactively.

9. Force Majeure

BEC shall not be liable for failure to provide refunds or services due to events beyond its control (natural disasters, cyberattacks, regulatory restrictions, etc.).

10. Modification of This Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or posted on the website.
