HORIZONTAL SLIDING WALL – HSW( Easy Safe)
The HSW-G(ES) system is a manual toughened glass sliding shop front system without a floor guide. It features an aluminum track rail (72 x 75 mm) and a stacking section, prepared for underbolting to an aligned substructure (provided by others). Panels are equipped with easy-action plastic-tyred track rollers and top brush seals on both sides. The system incorporates two-part glazing rails (top and bottom) that can be aligned with the panels using alternate-side screw fixings. The installed panels offer a height adjustment range of ± 5 mm. The system accommodates glass thicknesses from 10 to 19mm, specifically: 10mm to 12mm with line profiles, and 13.52mm to 19mm without line profiles. Line profiles, designed to make doors draught-proof, are individually manufactured and must be considered during the horizontal wall system design.
