ACOUSTIC OPERABLE PARTITION VARIFLEX STANDARD 85 – MANUAL

The operable wall system comprises individually movable panels, 85mm in thickness, suspended from a top track.   Each panel features top and bottom operable pressure seals, activated by a crank handle, ensuring a contact pressure of 800N. The panels are interconnected via a positive locking concave/convex aluminum profile.  Each panel incorporates a non-deflecting steel tube frame and aluminum profiles, bolted together. 16mm MDF panels are mounted on either side, acoustically isolated from the frame to allow for independent vibration.  Facia panels are easily removable.  The panel interior is filled with high-density rock wool to achieve the specified sound insulation. A telescopic element allows for 120mm of opening and closing, operated by a single mechanism for both top and bottom seals.
