Tranquil Ecowood Perforated Tiles

Supply of Fire Rated Tranquil Ecowood Perforated Melamine Finish Acoustic Wooden Perforated Tiles: Providing of Red Color Fire Rated Perforated Tranquil Ecowood HDF based Melamine Finish Sound Absorption Panels on walls or ceiling over existing substrate. The panels are made of High Density Fibreboard of density about 800 kg/m3 (+/- 5%) with low formaldehyde content. The top surface is laminated with melamine finish. Each panel is of size 600 X 600 X 15mm. The back of each panels is pasted with Tranquil or Soundtex make acoustic fleece of density 80kg/m3. The panel have perforation of dia 4mm, at a gap of 16mm C/C.
On Walls, the installation is to be done on a galvanised steel channel system. The tiles are fixed with the help of channels which are installed as per the size of the tile. Once installed, the edges if open are covered with L profile of similar shade. The panels may be installed with an airgap of 50mm from wall/surface with Ecowool filling of 50mm thickness and 1000 GSM density made of Polyester Fibre. Make: Tranquil
